CSA: Mizuna Who ?

So over this past week we were able to sample some absolute organic delicacies with our CSA. One interesting veggie was mizuna greens. They look like dandelion greens but are MUCH tangier and taste amazingly fresh. We had them in salad, wilted and just plain. Below is our Organic Mizuna Salad with Lemony Chive Vingerette. Recipe after the jump:

Mizuna Salad
2 cups fresh mizuna leaves
4 radishes
1 cup cherry tomatoes
salt & pepper
lemony chive vingerette
Wash veggies and dry. Roughly chop mizuna and combine with thinly sliced fresh radish. Toss in a few tomatoes and drizzle with dressing. Yum!
Wilted Mizuna
2 cups mizuna
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp olive oil
5tbsp water
Combine fresh mizuna with ingridents on medium heat for about 3 mintutes. This is a fresh tasting side!
